01 -Information and Prices
Prices are subject to change based on demand.I have the right to reject any order for any reason.02 - PaymentThe currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal, Payoneer or Wise.Commission can be paid after the work is done for long term projects. As for one-time commissions, there would be an upfront payment, that will be 40-50% of the agreed price range. Then, the remaining balance would be paid after the commission is completed.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.03 - Process & DeliveryThe time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.04 - RevisionsMy rules regarding revision will change depending on the nature of the project but, for one-offs commission:
I am only open to work on revisions during the sketch phase. Once the commission is complete, I can only do minor adjustments.There would be additional fees for major revisions.05 - Copyright & UsageI, "Mithimism" (the artist):I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece without my (the artist's) approval.You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use my work to train any LLM models or use it for NFTs.The following is considered copyright infringement:Claiming the artwork as your own
Altering the artwork without my consent06 - Cancellation & Refund policyThere will be no refunds, so be sure that you are committed and not in any financial trouble before hiring me.However, for any reason I am unable to start your commission or complete them, you will receive a full refund.
